Should you need to return the artwork you have purchased, please notify me within 14 calendar days of delivery by emailing me at artistkvij@gmail.com.

 

You will be liable to arrange the safe return of the artwork at your own cost and you must include insurance against any damage to the artwork. I am unable to refund any artwork that is damaged during its return journey. It will be your responsibility to make any claims from the courier you used.

 

Once I have received the returned artwork, I will inspect it and inform you that I have received the returned artwork. Subject to approval that the artwork is in the same condition as it was shipped your refund will be initiated. The refund may take up to 30 days.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method and will exclude shipping charges and any payment provider or bank charges.
